Merry Christmas! I had a great Christmas Eve and Christmas. Great family, friends, pets, food. I am now enjoying the quiet time at home with my pets and watching King of Kings on tv.

I will be off Monday for the extended holiday. I will then be off December 31st for my New Years weekend. Going to enjoy my long weekend and days off because it won't be until February before I will be off again.

I am slowly finishing up my Christmas shopping. I need to get in my J C Penneys and Old Navy orders in and I should be finished. I am still looking for the Kinext system but they are all out. Hope to get one before Christmas.

I am going to buy myself a blu ray DVD player for Christmas as soon as all the shopping is done for my family. I always get myself something for Christmas and spend $100.00 . That's been a tradition for over 25 years.

My children, the pets are having their Christmas party next weekend. I hope my family can come out. I will let Kincade inside Christmas Eve. We are going to put out food for Santa that night. I am going to buy a card table and chairs so we can have a place to sit down.

I decided to get wireless Internet here. I called Verizon and ordered the Myfi. It will be here Wednesday. I am so excited ! It's going to cost $50.00 a month but worth it.

We are going to have our Christmas party one day next week. The date has been changed twice already . Hoping that there will be no conflict at the party . There's going to be trouble and I know it. One bad employee will spoil it for everyone. We all know who that is.

Enjoyed the weekend at the Veterans Day service Saturday. Went to the health fair afterwards. Good that Clarksdale has that from time to time so I can get all my vitals checked.

I am trying to acquire a few hobbies this winter. I am trying to understand NFL football so i can fit in and maybe hockey. I am still doing my wildlife and outdoor photography. Haven't been no where to take any new pictures.

Excited about my new storm chasing and weather watching. I am working on weather terminology and how to spot certain kinds of storms. This is going to be so much fun. I am going to be helping people and learning about the weather.

Hello, I am back for now. Had a lot going on these past few weeks. I need to sit down and get organized again. Sometimes its just hard.

My dogs and cats are all doing well. I dont know what I would do without them. They are my children and I love all of them very much.

Not much going on right now. I am hoping to get to go to Southaven, MS either this weekend or in a few weekends. I always have to get my main bills out of the way before I attempt to do anything.

Enjoying this beautiful weather. I am so glad it is cool outside and the fall is finally here.

We are slowly getting into the fall. We just have to be patient until September 22nd gets here. I am tired of all the hot weather. Ready to wear my fall clothes and enjoy the outdoors.

Going to invite family and friends out this weekend to my hour for the first annual Cavallo Family and Friends Dove Hunt. Going to be a lot of fun.

Hello everyone!

Had a great weekend at my house with my cats and dogs. I got my yard mowed Sunday and it looks great. I am sure it will be grown up by the weekend with all this rain.

I have been at my job for 1 year Saturday. I am going to celebrate this weekend with family and buy a beautiful cake from Dutch Oven. I have also paid off my SUV last Friday so i am going to celebrate twice as hard.

My love life is still dull but at least I have my sanity. Best not to be in a hurry now days.

I hope this week is better than last week. The plant was shut down but I got to work because I am in the shipping dept. We didn't get a lot out but we did manage to keep busy. Hope this week is better.

My garbage didn't get picked up last Thursday or Friday. I am really pissed about it and don't understand why they refuse to pick my garbage up. I call everytime it does not get picked up and they usually get right out there. I am sure the black lady I talked to this morning could care less. Wish Morgan was there this morning. She would've handled them and got it taken care of.

I just realized that I haven't logged on my blog in a long time. I thought I would drop everyone a few lines.

The past few weeks have been busy and productive at work. We are now live with Grainger and the orders are flowing in by the hour.

I will be at my job a year next month. I really do love my job here and love what I do. I am so grateful for what I do have.

What a beautiful day yesterday! I slept so good last night because it was cool and calm. I hope today is going to be like that too.

I am going to Lee Academy's Grandparents Day this morning. Its my second year and its always fun. I am picking up Mrs Hutchens so she can see Jessica. I am going to treat them to lunch at Wendy's afterwards.

I am working on my budget so I can get all my bills paid and have money left over. I don't have a lot of bills but I still don't have a lot of money left. I struggled last week and this week is not doing so well. I should be a lot better the first week in May.

I started working on my flowerbed yesterday afternoon. I planted two rose bushes. I am going to put out some gladiaola bulbs this afternoon. I am so excited about doing all this. I am not good at a shovel so I am slow but I get it done. I hope to get part of my yard disked up so I can start leveling my vegetable garden. I am going to plant tomatos, egg plants, cucumbers, okra, strawberries, bananna peppers, Jalapeno peppers, bell peppers, squash, and corn. I am also doing to grow watermelons and cantelopes later in the summer. This is my first project and I hope to do well with it.

I am almost through paying for my truck. I have 2 payments left. I am going to try to keep the truck for another year and hope it will last . I have to buy a lawnmower next. I have been approved by the bank to get a loan for one but I still want to pay cash instead make payments.

I find it hard to believe that it is March and we are still having winter weather. It is so cold outside right now that it is almost unbearable. I think we are having some effects of global warming even though most people will disagree with me.

We start our first SafTcart Biggest Loser contest tomorrow. I am excited about the competition and want to participate. I am glad I have friends that want to make a change and better themselves.

I suppose to get my income tax money in Thursday. I am not going to blow it. I am going to buy a few things I need for the house and pay two small bills off. The rest I am going to save for emergencies.

I finally got my water fixed at my house Saturday morning. I am so relieved to finally get it done. It was hard having to tote water and wash my hair at family and friends house. I couldnt have done it without family and friends. The water situation wasn't so bad because I live alone. If I had children; I wouldn't be able to get through it.

I got my light bill amount Thursday. I never received a bill but went on and got the amount and paid it Friday. I didn't want to be in the dark if I didn't have to be. I have to buy another 1oo gallons of propane this Friday. Not looking forward to that high price this month but it looks like I don't have any choice.

I will be doing another contest this week. Will let you all know in the next day or two.

Its another day in the world of Ruby. I haven't felt good today. I am here so I am not on my deathbed.

It was really cold last night and this morning. I got up around 6:20am and started my morning routine. I didn't drink my coffee at home this morning because I had to do some errands before work. The gym was closed because of the cold weather so I didn't get to walk this morning. I am going to buy a tank of gas Friday and hope they can deliver it to me Saturday morning. I am trying to use up the gas in the tank outside since I am not using that company. I hope to get it all used up by at least Friday or Sunday. I have to get the new tank delivered and be able to let them in so they can check the air pressure inside. I bought a little electric heater this morning at Wal-Mart. I am going to use it in the bedroom tonight and see if it can heat good in there. I can save gas until I get some put in. I hope this little heater can heat good in there. I am going to make sure I have a bath and hair washed tonight so I wont be running around trying to do it in the morning.

So far things are working out well with my water situation. I am getting the water from work to drink, bath, clean up , and flush. I didn' t realize just how much water a person needs a day just for daily things. I am using the big cat litter jugs for water to flush my toilets with. Old milk jugs works great for drinking and cooking. I could really do this if it wasn't so cold outside. If it were summer; I would be just fine.

Today is my first day back from the New Years holiday. Glad to be back at work and get some stuff done here. The day started off slow and its still slow. Hope we will be back in full swing this week.

I got moved in my house this weekend. I am so grateful for my brother and his family to help me get moved. I wouldn't have been able to get in without them. I love my new house. Its roomy and beautiful.

We got a beautiful blanket of snow this morning. I was so happy. Hope it won't turn into ice this week because I won't be able to go to work. Heard we are suppose to have more bad weather this week but not sure yet. Just know its cold outside and I may be going to bed even earlier tonight than I did last night.
