Today went fairly well at work. I am so grateful for that job. It has changed my life. I am getting things done and I feel like I want to do better.

Had a great weekend. Leo and kids came out Saturday. We ate and the kids played with the cats & dogs. We are going to do Easter here. I am working on the menu.

I woke up feeling great this morning. I think good thoughts and keep my mind clear.

Had another wonderful weekend. Family came over Saturday and we all had fun. Mason planted my tulips around one of my trees. We cooked out and then had a bonfire and shot fireworks. Charley Brown played outfield while the kids played baseball.

Sunday was good too. I went to Ashley Norris' baby shower. Had a good time and got to see a lot of people. I stopped by Lesas and we watched tv and I helped her in the garden.

I planted some gladiolas bulbs and set out an herb plant. I want to get my rose bush planted next week. I am not good with a shovel so it takes me a while. I am going to set out more bulbs and a few plants next weekend. Gardening makes you feel better. I have to get motivated so I won't be so bored.

Woke up at 2:00 am and can't go back to sleep. It is now 3:50 am and I am wide awake. I did clean up a bit instead of just laying here. It is cold in the living room and hot in my bedroom.

I decided just a few minutes ago that I need to start getting my direct deposit on my Wal-Mart money card. I am to busy at work to worry about keeping money in the bank. I am not good with an account and I need to work on saving my money for my future instead of giving my money away. I had to make that decision after failing so many times.

I am getting ready to sign my 401k papers and get the ball rolling. I am 41 and have nothing saved for my future. Better late than never. I have a lot of regret for not saving until now. Times are hard now and be worse by the time I get retirement age. I make good money and I need to save as much as I can while I am young.

I hope I can plant my flowers this weekend. I have had them for 2 weeks. I am going to let the kids plant some too . I have so navy plans but no help to get me started. Just wish my dogs would stay out of my plants.

I am so happy that today is march 1st!!! I love March because it's a sign that spring is just around the corner. I am going to enjoy a low electric bill for a few months.

I am going to set out some plants this weekend. I meant to do it last weekend but just didn't get around to it. I have some tulips I am going to hang in a basket on the front porch. I am also looking for some ferns to hang outside. I want my yard to look good this summer. I am going to plant some tomatoes and green onions soon. I would plant a big garden if I didn't get off work so late.

I am ready for the summer to get here. I have so many plans this summer. I might use a fee days of vacation to get my yard ready. Not sure yet. I just need some time to get my yard ready.

I miss my sweet dog Carley so much. She always made me smile. My dogs all miss her too.
