Had a great time with family at the Barnum & bailey circus yesterday. Beautiful day for families to get together. The kids had a ball.

We went to Sams for lunch and did a little shopping. Good pizza ! There was a lot of people out yesterday. Our country can't be in to much trouble because people were shopping and buying.

Looking forward to the zoo in a few weekends. I am going to buy a season pass to the zoo so all the kids will get to go several times this summer.

Had a great supper with Paul and his beautiful girlfriend. Wonderful visit. Looking forward to doing it again soon.

Shan Parks is not doing well at all. He is in the hospital in Southaven, MS. He has been taken off the chemo because it was shutting down his kidneys. He is now on a liver transplant list. I pray to God that he will pull through this and live many more years.

St Patricks Day

Happy St Patricks Day! I listened to some good Irish music and watched Leprechaun all day of SyFy.

My car is still in the shop. I got new tires but now it's the break line. $$$. I am grateful I have a job that can help me with it but it's still very pricy .

I am going to start planning a short vacation this summer. Don't know where I will go but I am going somewhere. I may stay around here and just go to Memphis . I am going to take 2 days off and save the other days for whenever I need them.

It's been a while since I've updated my blog. Been busy with work and home.

I've been trying to pick up the tree limbs up and put them on the side of the road. I have more to do tomorrow. I am trying to get motivated to do more. I am going to finish the rest tomorrow and clean up my flowers and plants under the trees.

I am going to plant a small garden this summer. So excited! I want a big garden but i am going to start out small. May just put some in pots and grow some off my porch. I'll have my freezers full.

Lots of things ended today. One being that Bruce and I are officially not seeing each other and not going to rekindle things again. Sorry to see him leave but I can't change his mind.

The next loss was Alabama beating LSU. I haven't been a football fan in over 20 years but glad they won.

I think I will go to Oxford this weekend and watch a movie and go eat somewhere. The auction is fun on Friday nights but it's just to close to Crowder, MS.

Happy New Year!!!!! I am ready to get this year started. Last year wasn't good for me. I pray this year will be better than ever.

There are so many things I can say that I am going to do but may not be able to. I am not going to promise anything to myself that I cannot do. I just need to make the most of my life and put Jesus first.

December 31, 2011 (New Years Eve)

Had a great time in Olive Branch with family. Ate some good food, shopped, and shot fireworks.

I got to talk to or see all the people who matter to me today. Looking forward to church in the morning and Sunday school and then I am going to clean up my house and cook on the grill. Life is good.
